데이터 백업
기기를 변경하거나 앱을 초기화하기 전에는 설정에서 JSON 백업을 저장해 주세요. JSON 가져오기에서는 현재 데이터와 변경 내용을 비교한 뒤 필요한 항목만 선택해 복원할 수 있습니다.
오류 문의
문의할 때 기기 종류, 운영체제 버전, 문제가 발생한 화면과 재현 순서를 함께 적어주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다. 고객명이나 연락처가 포함된 실제 백업 파일은 필요한 경우에만 직접 판단하여 첨부해 주세요.

Using the app
Open Settings and select “View App Guide” at the top to follow the complete workflow from item setup through rentals, returns, schedules, and backups.
Backing up data
Save a JSON backup from Settings before changing devices or resetting the app. JSON import compares the file with current data and lets you restore only the changes you select.
Reporting an issue
Please include your device model, operating system version, the screen where the issue occurred, and steps to reproduce it. Attach a real backup containing customer names or contact details only when you decide it is necessary.
