리터너리(Returnory) 개인정보처리방침

본 개인정보처리방침은 KiwiWe Studio가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 리터너리(Returnory)에 적용됩니다.

리터너리는 소규모 장비와 물품의 재고, 대여, 반납, 일정과 메모 관리를 돕는 오프라인 중심 앱입니다.

사용자가 앱에 직접 입력한 물품명, 카테고리, 보유 수량, 고객명, 연락처, 대여·반납 일정, 반납 이력과 메모를 앱 기능 제공을 위해 처리합니다.

현재 버전은 로그인, 회원가입, 광고, 인앱결제, 분석 SDK 없이 동작하며 KiwiWe Studio 서버로 사용자의 정보를 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내 SQLite 저장소에 저장되며 물품별 재고와 대여 가능 수량 계산, 대여·반납 및 연체 관리, 일정과 메모 표시를 위해 기기 안에서 처리됩니다.

KiwiWe Studio는 사용자가 입력한 앱 데이터를 별도의 개발자 운영 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.

사용자가 기기 백업을 활성화한 경우 앱 데이터는 운영체제가 제공하는 비공개 앱 백업을 통해 Apple iCloud 또는 Google Drive에 포함될 수 있습니다.

운영체제 백업의 저장과 삭제는 사용자의 Apple 또는 Google 계정 설정과 각 회사의 정책을 따릅니다.

사용자가 JSON 백업 또는 CSV 내보내기를 실행하면 시스템 파일 저장·공유 화면으로 데이터가 전달되며, 저장 위치와 공유 대상은 사용자가 직접 선택합니다.

JSON 백업 가져오기는 사용자가 시스템 파일 선택 화면에서 직접 고른 파일을 기기 안에서 확인하고 선택한 변경사항을 복원하는 데 사용됩니다. KiwiWe Studio는 해당 파일을 자동으로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

사용자는 앱 설정의 전체 초기화 기능으로 물품, 대여 이력, 카테고리와 메모를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 앱 데이터도 삭제됩니다.

운영체제 계정에 저장된 기기 백업은 Apple 또는 Google의 백업 설정과 정책에 따라 별도로 유지될 수 있습니다.

KiwiWe Studio는 앱 데이터를 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며 현재 버전에 광고, 분석, 결제 또는 원격 서버 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.

사용자가 이메일 문의나 시스템 공유 기능을 실행하는 경우 선택한 이메일 앱, 파일 서비스 또는 공유 대상의 개인정보 처리 방식은 해당 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 앱 기능, 법령 또는 운영 방식의 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있으며 변경 사항은 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Returnory mobile application provided by KiwiWe Studio.

Returnory is an offline-first app for managing small-team equipment and item inventory, rentals, returns, schedules, and notes.

The app processes item names, categories, quantities, customer names, contact details, rental and return schedules, return history, and notes entered directly by the user to provide its features.

The current version works without login, account registration, advertisements, in-app purchases, or analytics SDKs, and does not collect or transmit user information to KiwiWe Studio servers.

App data is stored in SQLite on the user’s device and is processed on that device to calculate inventory and availability, manage rentals, returns and overdue items, and display schedules and notes.

KiwiWe Studio does not keep user-entered app data on a separate developer-operated server.

If device backup is enabled, app data may be included in private app backups provided by the operating system through Apple iCloud or Google Drive.

Storage and deletion of operating system backups are governed by the user’s Apple or Google account settings and the policies of those companies.

When a user exports a JSON backup or CSV file, data is passed to the system file or share interface, where the user chooses the destination and recipients.

JSON import reads only the file selected by the user through the system file picker and applies selected changes on the device. KiwiWe Studio does not automatically collect or store those files.

Users can delete items, rental history, categories, and notes with the full reset feature in the app settings. Deleting the app also removes its on-device app data.

Device backups stored in an operating system account may remain separately according to Apple or Google backup settings and policies.

KiwiWe Studio does not provide app data to third parties, and the current version includes no advertising, analytics, payment, or remote-server SDKs.

If a user starts an email inquiry or uses the system share interface, the privacy practices of the selected email app, file service, or recipient are governed by that service’s policies.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when app features, laws, or operating practices change. Updates will be announced by revising this page.
