사회복무매니저는 사회복무요원의 복무, 급여, 휴가, 적금, 메모 관리를 돕기 위한 앱입니다. 현재 버전은 로그인, 회원가입, 광고, 인앱결제, 분석 SDK, AI 기능 없이 동작합니다.

현재 버전의 사회복무매니저는 KiwiWe Studio 서버로 사용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

사용자가 앱에 입력하는 복무 시작일, 소집 해제일, 급여 설정, 휴가 기록, 적금 기록, 메모 등의 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내 로컬 저장소에 저장됩니다. 해당 데이터는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 사용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며, KiwiWe Studio 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

앱에서 제공하는 백업/복원 기능을 사용하는 경우, 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 저장하거나 이동하는 방식으로 관리됩니다. KiwiWe Studio는 사용자의 백업 파일을 자동으로 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

앱에 입력된 데이터는 다음 목적을 위해 사용됩니다.

• 복무 진행률 계산
• 급여 및 식비/교통비 계산
• 휴가 및 시간외 기록 관리
• 적금 납입 및 만기 예상액 계산
• 메모 저장 및 표시
• 백업 및 복원 기능 제공

현재 버전의 사회복무매니저는 광고 SDK, 분석 SDK, 인앱결제 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다.

앱 내에서 개인정보처리방침, 지원 페이지, 이메일 문의 등의 외부 링크를 열 경우 사용자의 브라우저, 이메일 앱 또는 운영체제 기능이 사용될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 해당 외부 서비스의 개인정보 처리 방식은 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.

KiwiWe Studio는 향후 앱 운영을 위해 광고, 광고 제거용 인앱결제, 또는 앱 개선을 위한 분석 기능을 도입할 수 있습니다.

앱에 입력된 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내에 저장됩니다. 사용자는 앱 내 초기화 기능, 앱 삭제, 또는 기기 설정을 통해 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

KiwiWe Studio가 별도의 서버에 사용자 데이터를 보관하지 않으므로, 앱 내부에 저장된 데이터의 삭제는 사용자의 기기에서 직접 이루어집니다.

이메일 문의를 보내는 경우, 문의 처리에 필요한 이메일 주소와 문의 내용이 KiwiWe Studio의 이메일 계정에 보관될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 해당 문의 기록 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

사회복무매니저는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

만 13세 미만 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 확인한 경우, KiwiWe Studio는 해당 정보를 삭제하기 위해 필요한 조치를 취합니다.

KiwiWe Studio는 사용자의 정보 보호를 중요하게 생각합니다. 현재 앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내에 저장되므로, 기기 잠금, 운영체제 보안 설정, 백업 파일 관리 등은 사용자가 직접 관리해야 합니다.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Social Service Manager mobile application provided by KiwiWe Studio.

Social Service Manager is an app designed to help social service personnel manage service period information, salary, leave, savings, and memos. The current version operates without login, account registration, advertisements, in-app purchases, analytics SDKs, or AI features.

The current version of Social Service Manager does not collect or transmit users’ personal information to KiwiWe Studio servers.

Data entered by users, such as service start date, service end date, salary settings, leave records, savings records, and memos, is stored in local storage on the user’s device. This data is processed only on the user’s device to provide app features and is not transmitted to KiwiWe Studio servers.

When using the backup and restore feature provided by the app, backup files are managed directly by the user by saving or moving them. KiwiWe Studio does not automatically collect or store users’ backup files.

Data entered in the app is used for the following purposes.

• Calculating service progress
• Calculating salary, meal expenses, and transportation expenses
• Managing leave and overtime records
• Calculating savings payments and expected maturity amounts
• Saving and displaying memos
• Providing backup and restore features

The current version of Social Service Manager does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or in-app purchase SDKs.

When opening external links in the app, such as the Privacy Policy, support page, or email inquiry, the user’s browser, email app, or operating system features may be used. In such cases, the privacy practices of the relevant external services are governed by their own policies.

KiwiWe Studio may introduce advertisements, in-app purchases for ad removal, or analytics features for app improvement and operation in the future.

However, until such features are actually added, the current version of the app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or in-app purchase SDKs. If related features are introduced in the future, KiwiWe Studio will update this Privacy Policy and store privacy disclosures to match the actual behavior before applying those features.

Data entered in the app is stored on the user’s device. Users may delete stored data through the app’s reset feature, by deleting the app, or through device settings.

Because KiwiWe Studio does not store user data on a separate server, deletion of data stored inside the app is performed directly on the user’s device.

If a user sends an email inquiry, the email address and inquiry content necessary to handle the inquiry may be stored in KiwiWe Studio’s email account. Users may request deletion of such inquiry records.

Social Service Manager is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If KiwiWe Studio becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, KiwiWe Studio will take necessary steps to delete such information.

KiwiWe Studio considers the protection of user information important. Since app data is currently stored on the user’s device, users are responsible for managing device lock settings, operating system security settings, and backup files.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to changes in app features, laws, regulations, or operational policies. Changes will be announced by updating this page.
